MetriFlux retrofit modernises measurement on installed equipment. For Height Master owners, that means VECTOR V1 on an integrated tablet, RS232 DRO integration where applicable, refreshed calibration, and operator training — without replacing a sound mechanical column. Buying new is still the right path for additional capacity or new ranges; retrofit is for upgrading what you already own.

How a Height Master retrofit works
Step 01
Tell us what you have
Share your Height Master model, measuring range, current display or DRO, and how operators use the gauge today. Photos of the column label and existing electronics help.
Step 02
Compatibility check
We confirm RS232 output, cable routing, tablet mount options, and whether a software licence or full tablet kit is the right path for your column.
Step 03
On-site retrofit
MetriFlux installs the tablet, configures VECTOR V1, maps the DRO protocol, runs calibration wizards, and validates against your granite plate and parts.
Step 04
Operator handover
Your team gets part-program setup, export workflows, and remote support access — same stack as a new Height Master kit, on the column you already own.
